5.5 Other Business without Notice
Voting Delegates:
Affiliated Clubs shall appoint one delegate for each five (5) or part thereof teams to represent it at all General Council meetings.
Delegates must be aged 18 years or over and a registered financial member of Newcastle Netball Association Inc. (no membership monies will be accepted on the night.)
Voting cards will be distributed when clubs and team delegates sign in.
No competition points shall be allocated for attendance, however your attendance and input is extremely valuable.
Timing:
Please take into consideration parking when arriving at the Clubhouse and arrive in plenty of time, as the doors to the meeting will be closed at 7.30pm promptly.
