Good evening all NNA Clubs & Teams,
Following an incident that occurred on Saturday where an umpire was bitten by a dog whilst umpiring, can you please advise your members and spectators that effective immediately there are to be no dogs allowed courtside.
This was discussed at last Monday’s Council Meeting, however the message is not getting through.
NNA do not have the volunteers to walk the courts all day to police this, so therefore request that all clubs and teams manage their own sidelines to ensure any dogs are removed to the grass areas well away from the courts.
Given the gravity of the situation on Saturday, your assistance in this regard is greatly appreciated.
